” Into Thine hand, I commit my spirit: Thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.”
Hello sweet sister! I’m Clara J Chauteco. And this is my blog. I want to thank you for stopping by and welcome you. I pray that you will be blessed and encouraged by what I share here with you. Let me tell you a little about who I am and why I created this blog.
Who is Clara J Chauteco?
First and foremost, I am a child of God — a beloved daughter of the King of Kings — I owe all that I am and could ever hope to be, to Him alone. I am also a devoted warrior wife to my wonderfully crazy husband of twenty-four years. I thank God each and every day for the man who has shamelessly driven me just as many shades of crazy as I have driven him over the course of our lives together. I am the proud mother of three incredible sons, who have been my greatest gifts and blessings in this life. Raising these amazing young men has been my greatest challenge and achievement in this life. I am also incredibly blessed to be the proud and loving grandmother to two of the most wonderful and perfectly precious little angels on Earth.
But that is not all that I am…
I am an overcomer!
It is only because of God’s infinite love and mercy that with each new day He graciously allows me to overcome the effects of horrific child abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, mental and chronic illness, suicide, addiction, abandonment, and betrayal.
As a woman of God, learning to forgive and overcome past traumas as I navigate my way through the storms of this life with grace has been a challenge — a challenge that I have wrestled with for many years. But God is good. If not for His tender mercy and saving grace, I would not be here today to share my story with you.
I am deeply passionate about helping women who are facing the same struggles and challenges in their lives to overcome childhood and marital trauma. It is my mission and calling to prayerfully guide hurting women towards redemption of broken relationships with their husbands and loved ones.
It’s no accident that you have found this website, sister. You are here for a purpose.
And if you are anything like me, and countless other women around the world, you’ve been hurt by this life. Perhaps childhood wounds are still haunting you? And you need a little encouragement to help you overcome? Perhaps you’re experiencing the sting of betrayal and now your marriage is struggling? Or perhaps you’re a mom struggling to overcome your own issues while raising kids who struggle with mental illness? I get it. I understand. You are not alone my sweet sister. I have been there too. In fact, I’m still there. Deep in the trenches, fighting to heal the brokenness and redeem my marriage and family. Whatever lead you here today sweet sister, I thank God for you. I am so glad that you are here. As my fingers type these words, I am praying for you, my sweet sister. It is my most humble and heartfelt prayer that what I share here with you on this website will bless and encourage you. Whatever your circumstance or situation; whatever season of life you are in at this moment; you are right where God wants you to be. And He wants you to know that you are not alone.
He sees you. He hears you. He loves you. He cares for you. He will never leave you or forsake you.
